History

Histosophia is a peer-reviewed academic journal established in 2025 with the aim of publishing original and high-quality research across diverse fields of history in accordance with academic ethics, transparency, and scholarly rigor. The journal promotes a publication approach that encourages multidimensional analyses of historical phenomena and provides an inclusive platform for studies covering different periods, regions, and historiographical traditions.

The first issue of Histosophia was published in June 2025, followed by the second issue in December 2025. Since its inception, the journal has adopted a free and open access publishing model, supporting the broad dissemination of scholarly knowledge.

All submissions published in Histosophia undergo a double-blind peer review process, and editorial practices are conducted in line with internationally recognized academic publishing standards. The journal aims to provide a reliable publication venue for researchers, academics, and students working in the field of history.

Since June 2025, all content published in Histosophia has been made freely available online under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This approach supports the free circulation of scholarly knowledge and contributes to the sustainability of academic communication.
